Misti and Estella

Misti and baby Estella came to visit last week and we are so glad they did! Estella is the cutest and happiest little thing! She laughs and squeals and talks. The boys really enjoyed her being here they just love her. 

Happy Easter!

The boys and I traveled to Muenster,TX this past weekend to see Grandpa and Grandma Voth and the rest of Papa's family. Mimi and Papa met us there. The boys had a great time riding the 4 wheeler w/Papa and Matthew had fun driving Papa's truck on the farm. It was a sight! Seeing the Voth's was fun, we hadn't been there in awhile. 

Tulsa Super Series - Tulsa, OK

The same weekend of Mason's tournament Matthew had a tournament in Tulsa, OK. Danny went with him on Saturday and then we both went with him on Sunday. The weather was ridiculous! 40 degrees with the wind blowing at around 40 mph! It was freezing but the boys played very well and got 2nd place! They had to beat some of the better teams in the state including a majors team and did really well to end up 2nd. GO BOMBERS!

Westurban Tournament - Wichita, KS

The weekend of April 4-6 Mason had a baseball tournament in Wichita, KS. This was the first tournament for his 7 year old Rangers baseball team. The boys played 3 games and did a great job for their first time out. Grandpa Larry and Grandma Jill came from Kansas City to watch Mason play. Jessica and I were freezing in the first game of the day! The last picture is of Jessica's son Braedyn and Mason. They are best buddies!

2 teeth gone

Mason had to stay home with his daddy last Monday because he had an ear infection and so they decided that they would get that other tooth to come out before I got home from work. When I walked in the door from work Mason jumped out from behind the door and said look!! They did it and good thing b/c as you can tell the other tooth is already half way in!

Mason finally lost his first tooth!

The darn thing finally came out! Mason's first loose tooth had been loose forever! He had been working on it with his tongue (he would not touch it much) and it would get a little closer each day. We were at our friends the Sommers' last night and Mason let Steve work on it for awhile and Mason was really good with letting him. After working and working on that darn tooth I went over and said here we go and I took a hold and it came right out. I think Steve almost had it but I don't think he wanted to hurt Mason. Anyway, the Tooth Fairy brought a $5 bill and Mason was very excited. Oh so many more teeth to go! Matthew still has 4 baby teeth to lose and he is 12! Thanks Jess for the pictures!

Haircut

Mason had been growing his hair out for quite awhile and he finally agreed to cut it since baseball is getting ready to start and it will be a lot cooler and easier. He put up a good fight about not wanting it cut but he finally gave in. 

A funny story....we were driving in the car the week before haircuts and we asked Mason if he wanted to get his cut. He said Noooooo and then said "let me sing it for ya" and sang in a loud goofy, cute and with some attitude "I don't think so". Even though we shouldn't have, Danny and I laughed and thought who is this kid! It was great!
